COVID-19 | Update to Customers

Total Gym Care can continue to provide onsite services and repairs to fitness equipment.
This fits inside the current Victorian Government restrictions.
Precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
This includes wearing gloves and masks. All equipment will be sanitised after it is worked on.
Our workshop will continue to receive drop off repairs however please call ahead so we know you are coming. We need to limit the number of customers in our office and workshop for your safety and ours.
We encourage you to wear a mask.

We are responding to emails and phone calls.

Significant changes have been made to work we can undertake and the conditions in which it can be performed.

General Changes

Effective Thursday 6th August our office, showroom and workshop will be closed to all customers for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Admin, Customer Support and Accounts staff will continue to work remotely, answer phone calls and respond to emails and job requests.

We will have a workshop presence to accept deliveries and pick up of shipments and freight only.
