    Removal and InstallationPick Up + Drop OffBring Pads to usShip Pads to us

    Removal and Installation: TGC tech come on site, removes pads to TGC workshop for recovering and then returns and installs them. Call out fees and labour charges apply (2 to 3 day turn around)

    Pick up and Drop off: You remove pads from machines and have ready for pick up. TGC tech comes to site, picks up pads to TGC workshop for recovering and then returns and drops them off when done. You re-install pads yourself. Only pick up and drop off fees apply. 2 day turn around (sometimes we can do it same day).

    Bring Pads to us: You remove pads and bring to TGC workshop in Cheltenham. Get the pads to us by 9.15am and they will be ready for pick up by 4pm the same day. This is the cheapest and fastest option as there are no call out or labour charges. This service needs to be booked in advance.

    Ship Pads to us: Remove your pads from the frame of the machine and ship to our workshop. Once repaired we will ship them back. Note: Don’t ship us the pads until we reply with a job sheet you can print and send with the shipment. (so we know its yours)
