    Cable Replacement Steps

    1. Complete the your details below. We will email back a job number and detailed instructions.

    2. Send us ALL of the broken / damaged cable(s) and any fittings.
    ***Note: do not send your cable without a job number or your full contact details as we will not know it is yours!

    3. On receiving your cable(s) we will calculate the exact replacement cost including return shipping and call you (or email) for payment.

    4. Once payment is cleared (you can pay with Visa and Master Card over the phone) we manufacture and ship the same day. All replacement cables are express posted so if you live in a capital city you should have it the following working day.
